As a Networking Sales Specialist, you will be involved in all phases of the sales cycle, from delivering presentations to persuading customers, conducting negotiations, and finalizing contracts. Your role will encompass drafting quotes and proposals, as well as pitching a variety of networking products and services such as routers, switches, and access points. One of your key responsibilities will be to identify and engage with potential new clients, showcasing your efficient order management skills throughout. Building relationships with prospects through email and phone communication will be essential in your day-to-day activities. In addition to sales tasks, you are expected to uphold a high standard of service to uphold the positive reputation of the business. Pro-activeness, initiative, and taking ownership of tasks are qualities that will define your success in this role. Collaboration with various teams within the SBU, including Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Service Delivery teams, will be crucial to achieving collective goals. Setting and surpassing realistic expectations with both internal and external stakeholders is a key aspect of this position. Continuous self-improvement and knowledge sharing within the team will be encouraged to stay updated on the latest technological trends. Above all, a customer-centric approach, prioritizing the needs of the customers, followed by the organization, department, and individual interests, will guide your actions as a Networking Sales Specialist within the CITSS team.,
