Position: Customer Operations Executive

Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Customer Operations Executive to support our sales team with daily operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in , customer interaction, and backend processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in day-to-day tasks
• Support in managing customer follow-ups and payment tracking
• Handle backend sales operations and data entry
• Maintain records and update sales reports.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.)
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Organized and detail-oriented
