You will be joining Schneider Electric, a global leader in the Energy Management and Automation sector, as a Sales Manager based in Bangalore. In this role, you will be an individual contributor responsible for driving sales growth in the End User pipe segment. Your success in this position will rely on your self-motivation, results-driven approach, and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. As a Sales Manager, you will need to have a deep understanding of customer motivations and be able to leverage this knowledge to drive sales in a compelling manner. Your primary focus will be on B2B customers, particularly in the Builders, IT, Health Care, Data Center, Retail, and Commercial sectors. These customers are likely to have long-standing relationships with the company, making it crucial for you to build and maintain strong connections. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in BE/BTech - Electrical Engineering, with an MBA in Marketing considered advantageous. Previous sales experience is a prerequisite, with at least 3 years in the Electrical/Building industry and 2 years in IoT, Industry 4.0, and EMS software. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a familiarity with project management, negotiation, and key account management.
