Customer Interaction Executive

Job Description:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Escalating critical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information.
Collecting payments from customers as per the agreed terms.
Following up on outstanding dues and ensuring timely payments.
Coordinating with the finance team to resolve payment-related issues.
Requirements:
>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any stream.
>1–2 years of experience in the Customer Relationship
>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
>Self-motivated and able to work in a target-driven environment.
>Proven experience in maintaining good relationships with clients and handling monthly repayments.
Customer Relation: 1 year (Required)
