Warm Customer Welcome

• Greet customers with a warm smile and a respectful, polite tone (e.g., “Vanakkam”).
• Offer assistance as soon as customers enter the showroom.

Customer Guidance

• Direct customers to relevant sections (gold, diamond, silver, bridal collection, etc.).
• Inform sales staff about the customer's interest and connect them with the right associate.

Queue and Appointment Management

• Manage customer flow during peak hours using tokens or appointment systems.
• Coordinate with floor managers to reduce wait times.

Maintain Store Ambience

• Ensure the front area is clean, inviting, and well-organized.
• Monitor sanitization and basic safety protocols (especially post-COVID).

Communication

• Answer basic customer queries regarding store timings, offers, or ongoing promotions.
• Stay updated about inventory sections and promotional schemes.

Security Awareness

• Observe visitor behavior and report any suspicious activity to the security team.
• Ensure customers follow security protocols (like depositing bags in locker, if needed).

Cultural Etiquette

• Show respect for traditional customs and attire of Tamil Nadu customers.
• Use regional language (Tamil) as much as possible to create comfort and connection.

Feedback Collection

• Politely ask for feedback or guide customers to feedback kiosks or QR codes, if available.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
