Customer Experience Associate US Shift

As a Customer Support Representative at our company, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls for Medical Billing during the Night Shift (US Calling) from Monday to Friday. Your role will involve providing customer support with no sales or target pressure, focusing on delivering excellent English communication skills. You will be required to work from our office location in Kolkata.
