About the Role As a part of the branch banking team, Branch Relationship Officers (BROs) are responsible for providing financial solutions to customer by offering bank s products, providing service to existing and New To bank customers in the branch and adding new customers through referral generation activities and customer visits. They will be required to use their communication skills to add new customers and Cross Sell of Bank products. As part of daily cadence, BROs are required to engage with existing customers of Bank which are mapped to their portfolio for offering additional products of the bank as per the need of the customer. BROs are expected to process customer transactions and Service requests within defined turnaround time (TAT) and ensure end to end closure. BROs may also be posted as teller as per organization s requirements for processing cash transactions of customers. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our mental health offerings and communicate these effectively to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and check-ins as needed. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and other KPIs related to client engagement and service enrollment. Collaborate closely with the First Responders and marketing teams to enhance the client experience and optimize conversion rates. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to educate them on our mental health services and offerings. Conduct consultations and needs assessment to engage with potential clients to understand individual client needs and recommend appropriate services (e.g., therapy sessions, workshops). Provide accurate information regarding pricing, session formats, and scheduling. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities. Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads, referrals, and direct outreach. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team on client needs and preferences.
