Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance the overall learner experience across all programs
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation sessions, helping learners smoothly transition into their learning journey
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including learner profiles and support tickets
  • Provide timely mentorship reminders and coordinate interview schedules for Cohort-based programs
  • Track and maintain records of mentorship sessions and collect feedback from live sessions
  • Engage with customers to capture success stories and testimonials for community and marketing use
  • Respond promptly to platform-related queries via email and phone, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Support overall learner operations by updating internal systems and contributing to continuous process improvement
