Job Title: Customer Care Executive Location: Jaipur (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Fashion & Apparel (Women’s Wear) About the Brand: Indibelle is a contemporary women’s apparel brand rooted in Indian aesthetics. We blend traditional artistry with modern silhouettes to create unique fashion experiences. As we grow our D2C and B2B presence, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to be the voice of our brand and ensure an exceptional experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: 1. D2C / Website Customer Support: Handle pre and post-sales queries from website customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media DMs. Confirm customer orders, track shipments, and provide timely updates. Coordinate and follow up on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Process orders in the backend system (Shopify or similar). Resolve order or product-related issues with empathy and professionalism. 2. B2B Communication & Conversion: Speak with wholesale and distributor leads and convert them into clients. Share brand catalogues, pricing, and ongoing offers to potential B2B clients. Follow up with B2B customers for repeat orders, payments, and queries. Maintain a strong follow-up calendar and customer relationship system. 3. E-commerce Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries and issue resolutions. Maintain data logs for order status, customer escalations, and B2B follow-ups. Support in updating website content, offers, and listings when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Fashion background preferred). 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or e-commerce. Good communication in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Comfort with MS Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email, and basic CRM tools. Basic understanding of online shopping workflows and platforms like Shopify, Amazon, etc. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in fashion, clothing, or lifestyle e-commerce. Ability to multitask and handle both D2C and B2B communication. Strong interpersonal skills and customer-first mindset.
