Job Description

  • Receive and process customer orders through phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Ensure orders are accurate and complete, confirming all required information with the customer.
  • Input customer orders into the company’s order management system or database.
  • Answer customer questions about product details, prices, and availability.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., inventory, shipping) to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Handle any changes, cancellations, or returns according to company policies.
  • Provide customers with estimated delivery times and follow up on any delays.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to answer customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including keeping customer records up to date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
