Job Description

  • Act as single point of contact for clients; ensure smooth, timely communication.
  • Manage all CRM activities—servicing, complaints, projections to payment, dispatches, and collections—with minimal TAT.
  • Oversee stock movement and client-side inventory (moving/slow/non-moving).
  • Control outstanding payments and close debit/credit notes on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, QA, Factory, Accounts, etc.) for prompt client responses.
  • Track SKU-wise sales vs. plans; drive actions to boost sales, profit, and capacity utilization.
  • Support Sales Coordinator as needed to ensure workflow continuity.
  • Address client issues effectively and provide timely solutions.
  • Handle all matters responsibly to avoid financial or reputational loss.
  • Follow company policies, SOPs, and maintain organized documentation and system updates (ERP, FMS, PMS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
