Job Description

MrMed is looking for Support Executives to assist our customers in order fulfillment and post‑order support over telephone/ chat channels. Location: T Nagar Chennai (Only work from office role) Responsibilities: - Handling customers’ query on products or the company via phone calls and chat channels, and making follow‑up outbound calls - Resolving post dispatch issues of customers - eg delivery status, order tracking, returns and refunds - Checking delivery status and coordinate with delivery partners regarding escalations and on-time delivery - Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases - Escalating unresolved issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management Desired Profile: · Bachelor’s degree in any field. · 6 months to 2 years experience in customer support · Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil · Should possess a temperament for handling customers with care Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Ability to commute/relocate: T Nagar, Chennai - 600017, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Do you currently live in Chennai?
