Role Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Care Executive to manage B2B client communication and ensure accurate data entry across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Perform accurate and timely B2B data entry.
• Maintain and update client records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Generate basic reports and summaries.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or data entry.
• Strong communication and typing skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Organized and able to multitask.
