As a Direct Sales - Relationship Manager based in Calicut, your main responsibility will be to coordinate and follow up on leads provided by the manager to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives. You will be required to make appointments with potential customers, explore their financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, and select the appropriate product from our company's range to meet those needs. Your goal will be to gain customer agreement to purchase and accurately complete all sales documentation. Building a strong customer base is essential in this role in order to explore opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. You will also be expected to obtain referrals to further prospects where appropriate. Facilitating the completion of medical reports and ensuring the prompt issue of policy documents will be crucial to ensure sales completion. Adherence to the company's sales process and the timely submission of various reports will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should be under 35 years of age and hold a degree or diploma. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and provident fund. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role, and you will be required to work in person at the designated location.
