Role Overview: You are a full-time Customer Acquisition & Relationship Associate based in Delhi, India, for Steeple Consulting. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, business relationship management, analytical tasks, client communication, building relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service daily. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential clients, follow up on leads, and drive conversions - Explain business setup solutions, pricing, and documentation to clients - Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and PROs for service execution - Conduct secondary research to find solutions for clients - Utilize Gen AI tools for brainstorming and data extraction Qualification Required: - Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building skills - Analytical Skills - Strong Communication skills - Customer Service and Sales expertise - Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Experience in consulting or sales is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Company Description: Steeple Consulting specializes in business formation services, legal structures, licenses, permits, corporate services, and Indian FEMA law consultation.
