Custom Wordpress website designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack WordPress Developer who can build performance-optimized custom themes and plugins without relying on page builders or heavy third-party tools. Must-Haves: Strong experience in custom WordPress theme development (without Elementor or other visual builders – Gutenberg preferred). Advanced understanding and use of WordPress hooks (Actions & Filters). Clean, standards-compliant code following the latest WordPress coding practices. Experience with Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix performance optimization. Solid Git workflow and version control understanding. Full stack proficiency – both frontend and backend development. Must have developed at least 10-15 custom WordPress plugins. Experience working with WordPress VIP is a plus. ❌ What We’re Not Looking For: Developers who rely heavily on low-code tools, Elementor, or other visual builders. Those who depend on third-party themes and plugins for most of their work. Applicants who are unfamiliar with custom development workflows.
