About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Must have skills :Data Engineering

Good to have skills :Python (Programming Language), Apache Spark, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications developed align with business objectives and user expectations, while also participating in code reviews and testing to maintain high-quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and implement scalable data pipelines to support application needs.

Proficiency in Data Engineering.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Python (Programming Language), Apache Spark, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.

Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services related to data engineering.
Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
