Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance while adapting to evolving project requirements.

Proficiency in DevOps.Design & Implement CI/CD Pipelines:Develop, manage, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.Automate Infrastructure Management:Automate and streamline infrastructure management tasks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.Monitor & Optimize Systems:Continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve system uptime and efficiency.Collaborate with Development Teams:Work closely with developers, architects, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless deployment of applications and efficient infrastructure solutions.Ensure System Security & Compliance:Implement security best practices, ensuring systems are secure, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.Manage Cloud Environments:Configure, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Support Development Environments:Provide support to developers in maintaining their local and cloud environments, ensuring they are set up correctly and function as intended.Evaluate & Implement New Tools:Continuously evaluate new tools, technologies, and automation strategies to improve the DevOps process and enhance system performance.Collaborate on Infrastructure Design:Partner with architects and other technical teams to design scalable, resilient, and efficient infrastructure solutions that meet the business needs.Ensure High Availability & Disaster Recovery:Plan and implement disaster recovery strategies, ensuring the resilience and high availability of critical systems and services."
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in DevOps.The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate.A 15 years full time education is required.
