About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Skills:

Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.

Experience with application development and integration in cloud environments.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery.

Knowledge of security best practices in cloud computing.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
