Role Overview:

The Curriculum Designer – AI & Robotics will be responsible for designing, developing, and refining innovative, engaging, and age-appropriate AI and Robotics learning modules for students across K-12 and higher education segments. The role involves integrating emerging technologies, hands-on projects, and real-world applications to create a future-ready learning experience aligned with Inventant Education’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development:
• Design structured, progressive AI and robotics curricula for different grade levels (primary, middle, and senior).
• Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, project-based activities, and assessments.
• Ensure alignment with NEP 2020 guidelines, STEM education standards, and global best practices.
• Content Creation & Innovation:
• Create interactive content including manuals, worksheets, slides, videos, and simulations.
• Incorporate emerging AI tools, coding platforms, and robotics kits into learning modules.
• Design capstone projects and competitions to promote experiential learning.
• Teacher Training & Support:
• Develop teacher guides and facilitator manuals for smooth curriculum implementation.
• Conduct teacher training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
• Provide ongoing academic support to trainers and educators.
• Research & Benchmarking:
• Stay updated on trends in AI, robotics, coding, and STEM education.
• Benchmark Inventant’s curriculum against leading global education programs.
• Suggest continuous improvements based on student and teacher feedback.
• Collaboration & Implementation:
• Work closely with the product and operations teams for rollout and execution.
• Coordinate with schools and educational partners to customize curriculum as per their needs.
• Provide academic inputs for marketing, demos, and exhibitions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning fundamentals, and robotics principles.
• Experience with STEM robotics platforms like Arduino, LEGO Mindstorms, Raspberry Pi, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C/C++, Scratch, or Blockly.
• Ability to design student-friendly, hands-on learning experiences.
• Excellent curriculum writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Strong research mindset and innovation-driven approach.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Robotics, Electronics) or Education with STEM specialization.
• 2-5 years of experience in curriculum design or STEM education (AI & Robotics focus preferred).
• Certification or hands-on experience with robotics kits and AI tools is an added advantage.

• Quality and innovation of curriculum and resources created.
• Successful rollout and adoption of curriculum across partner schools.
• Teacher and student satisfaction ratings.
• Number of projects and competitions integrated into the program.
• Alignment with Inventant’s vision for future-ready education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
