Cure By Design is a 5-year-old health & wellness company leading India’s hemp, CBD, and functional wellness revolution. With a strong D2C and B2B presence across 350+ veterinary clinics and multiple e-commerce platforms, we’re now bringing all digital marketing operations in-house . We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, automation-savvy marketer to scale our digital growth ecosystem. Role Overview You’ll own everything across performance, growth, SEO, and automation — running campaigns, optimizing funnels, and leveraging AI tools + n8n automations to scale Cure By Design’s digital footprint. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Quora, Reddit , and other paid platforms. Manage budgets, CAC, ROAS, audience segmentation, and remarketing flows. Create A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and creatives to drive conversions. Organic & Community Growth: Develop SEO and content strategies to boost organic traffic and keyword rankings. Engage on Quora, Reddit, and forums to build awareness and drive authentic traffic. Collaborate with the content and design teams for blogs, reels, and social assets. Automation & AI-Powered Marketing: Build automations and workflows using n8n (preferred), Zapier , or similar. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) for keyword research, campaign ideation, and content generation. Integrate dashboards and analytics using GA4, Looker Studio, or Notion + Sheets. Reporting & Insights: Track weekly KPIs (traffic, conversions, CAC, LTV). Present monthly performance reports with actionable growth insights. Required Skills 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing . Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Search Console , and keyword tools. Working knowledge of n8n or any other marketing automation platform. Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing execution and analytics. Analytical mindset with a creative eye for storytelling and brand building. Bonus Points Experience in D2C / wellness / nutraceutical / supplement industries. Exposure to affiliate, influencer, or UGC campaigns.
