We’re now looking for a Video Production Executive to join our team and bring our stories to life through reels, conversations, and behind-the-scenes videos. --- Responsibilities Shoot engaging videos including reels, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content Edit high-quality, short-form videos optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Collaborate with the social media manager to deliver content aligned with campaigns Contribute fresh ideas for storytelling, formats, and trends Manage shoot schedules and ensure timely delivery of edits --- Requirements Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) A creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling Strong sense of trends in short-form content (reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Ability to work collaboratively with a team Passion to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment Beginners are welcome – passion and creativity matter most Why Join Us?
