As a Senior HR Manager at IPLIX Media, you will collaborate with top executives to nurture the overall growth and mindset of the team. You will evaluate existing HR initiatives, identify gaps, and implement changes to enhance processes. Developing policies that align with the company's long-term growth objectives and emphasize a people-first approach will be a key responsibility. You will establish team plans, succession planning, and team structures while monitoring the implementation of standard operating procedures. Your role will involve facilitating crisis management and fostering an environment of growth and innovation with empathy. Encouraging innovation among employees, fostering engagement between teams, and addressing potential workplace issues sensitively are crucial aspects of this position. Designing hiring strategies to fulfill campus recruitment, leadership, and senior roles will be part of your responsibilities. You will identify candidates who align with IPLIX's values and come from diverse backgrounds, training recruiters accordingly. Additionally, you will discuss employee feedback with the management team, provide solutions to resolve issues, and evaluate the current performance management system to enhance employee efficiency and output. Leading the HR team by identifying each member's strengths, motivating them, and offering upskilling opportunities will be essential. Developing culture blocks for IPLIX, leading the communication strategy, and advising the co-founders and leadership team in organizational planning and team decisions are integral parts of this role. Regular meetings with leaders to track work efficiency updates and receive feedback on HR initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role will possess 4-5 years of HR experience, including team management experience, preferably in a service-based startup. An MBA/BBA (HR) or equivalent qualification, expertise in leadership hiring, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, and strong communication skills are required.
