We are looking for a proactive and reliable Office Administrator to manage HR and Admin operations and support our founders. Key Responsibilities: Manage onboarding/offboarding: welcome kits, workspace setup, email/Slack access, laptop handover, security policy closure, background verification, and hiring data verification. Maintain accurate employee records, including birthdays, exits, photographs, and other HR documentation. Support founders with daily coordination, calendar updates, travel bookings, and meeting follow-ups. Drive team engagement and culture: organize rewards & recognition, performance reviews, TGIFs, birthdays, and low-cost celebrations. Admin Operations: Manage office facilities, pantry, washrooms, inventory, and restocking. Coordinate vendors (IT, housekeeping, goodies): get quotes, track deliveries, and ensure timely payments with accounts. Maintain hardware and asset inventory: laptops, accessories, handover, and reset processes. Manage visitor experience: receive guests, provide refreshments, and ensure proper coordination with hosts. What We’re Looking For? Graduate or diploma holder (BCom, BBA, Hotel Management, BA preferred). Female candidates preferred. Strong ownership & closure: completes tasks independently and follows up diligently. Excellent communication skills in English; confident vendor and team coordination. Resourceful, street-smart, trustworthy, and reliable. Punctual, disciplined, and tech-friendly (Google Sheets, Calendar, WhatsApp, basic email). Why Join Us?
