The Agri Advisor will work full-time from the Ahilyanagar office to provide telephonic or online advisory directly to farmers and end-users across Maharashtra. This is a B2C role , focused on assisting individual farmers with product guidance, crop advice, and sales support via calls and digital channels. No field visits required. Key Responsibilities · Provide technical guidance and advisory to farmers on seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and crop management via phone or online calls. · Handle inbound and outbound calls with farmers and end-users to address queries and recommend suitable products. · Promote agri-input products and assist in improving crop productivity through advisory support. · Maintain detailed records of calls and farmer interactions . · Collect feedback and report insights to the Team Lead. · Support marketing and digital campaigns targeted at individual farmers.
