About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Follow the design process followed by Cubyts 2. Document design decisions and iterations for transparency 3. End-to-End Design Delivery - Deliver high-quality, production-ready designs 4. Ensure consistency across the platform using the existing design system 5. Maintain and extend the design system with scalable, reusable components 6. Ensure smooth handoff and alignment with engineering 7. Explore and adopt AI-powered design tools with enthusiasm 8. Use strong English/prompting skills to maximize outcomes 9. Work closely with founders, PMs, and engineers, participating in agile rituals if needed. 10. Present and defend design decisions while remaining open to feedback and iteration 11. Contribute to visual design for marketing materials while maintaining brand identity and ensuring external-facing assets reflect the same quality as product design 12. Approach every task with empathy for the end-user 13. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and methodologies 14. Be curious and proactive about upskilling and applying new knowledge.
