Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods, managing customer accounts, and handling dispatch activities. Daily tasks include negotiating transportation rates, tracking shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining communication and resolving any logistical issues. The ideal candidate will work independently to foster relationships with carriers and clients, while meeting company objectives. Qualifications Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills Experience in Customer Service and Account Management Dispatching skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and remotely Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management
