Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Executive with at least 10 years of calling experience , preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector. This is a sales-focused role requiring proactive engagement with prospective and existing Australian clients to generate leads and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities: · Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients across Australia. · Introduce and promote company services, addressing client queries and objections. · Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and client details in CRM systems. · Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into confirmed business. · Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies. · Achieve or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
