We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Medical Billing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Training will be provided to the selected candidate. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
This is a work-from-home position. As the customers are based in the USA, the candidate must be available to work the night shift (India time) and must reside in Chennai, India.
