Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via inbound/outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through proper steps for resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Prior BPO or call centre experience in an international process will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
