Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Warehouse Operations & System Configuration ExpertiseAbout the Role As a MAWM Configuration Lead at CSCS LLC, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end configuration and deployment of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) solutions. This role demands deep expertise in warehouse operations, functional configuration, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, system-driven solutions. You will lead a team of consultants and collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality implementation and operational readiness.Key Responsibilities Configuration Leadership & Delivery Lead the configuration of MAWM modules including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, MHE, labor, and dock management. Configure and implement Manhattan Active solutions across all functional areas. Perform fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional configurations and workflows. Oversee creation and maintenance of Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and configuration workbooks. Define and execute configuration strategies, ensuring adherence to design standards and project timelines. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Manhattan Active WMS configurations and integrations. Customize RF workflows, user roles, and UI settings based on operational needs. Support the integration of MAWM with ERP, TMS, and other enterprise applications. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including configuration strategies, process flows, and test scenarios. Collaborate with QA teams to test configurations and ensure system readiness. Team Management & Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of functional configuration consultants. Assign and track project tasks, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Collaborate with technical, integration, and testing teams for end-to-end solution alignment. Lead and support new site rollouts, ensuring consistency across multiple facilities. Client Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for all configuration-related discussions. Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and provide design walkthroughs. Deliver training sessions for client teams on MAWM configuration and process execution. Provide hypercare support during go-live and post-implementation phases, including real-time troubleshooting of warehouse operations. Participate in design discussions with clients and internal stakeholders to align application capabilities with operational needs. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain / WMS implementations, with 3+ years in Manhattan Active WM. Strong hands-on expertise in MAWM configuration across inbound, outbound, inventory, labor, and MHE modules. Deep understanding of warehouse operations, strategies, and workflows. Experience in ERP and TMS integration. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Postman or similar tools for basic API testing. Preferred Qualifications Manhattan Active WM Product Certification. Experience working across multiple industry verticals. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of defect tracking tools like JIRA or HP ALM
