CSCs serve as access points for delivering essential public utility services, social welfare schemes, and services in healthcare, finance, education, and agriculture to citizens in rural and remote areas across India. This pan-India network caters to the regional, geographic, linguistic, and cultural diversity of the country, promoting a socially, financially, and digitally inclusive society. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Consultant, located in Dhamtari. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and consulting to clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing technical issues, offering solutions, advising clients on best practices, and supporting sales teams to implement technical solutions. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting expertise Consulting experience in technical environments Technical Support and problem-solving skills Sales support and customer engagement experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Dhamtari Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Previous experience in the eGovernance or public sector is a plus
