Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join our team. The successful

candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory

requirements, maintaining company records, and assisting in RERA-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Company Secretarial:

- Updating of minutes, statutory registers and other records of the companies

- Filing of ROC forms, Prepare and file annual returns, resolutions and other statutory

documents.

- Independently handle transaction like NCD, OCDs, Equity,preference share issue

and filing of necessary charges with MCA.

- Demat of securities

2. RERA Compliance:

- Assist in compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016,

and rules made thereunder.

3. Other Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, lawyers, internal auditors, statutory auditors

- Coordinate with internal departments where required

Requirements:

1. Qualifications:

Company Secretary (CS).

2. Experience:

- At least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience as a Company Secretary or in a related role.

- Experience in RERA compliance is an additional advantage.(Not must)

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, other applicable laws.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
