The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with custo,mers over the phone, proving information about product/ service, and assisting with enquiries. Key responsibilities : Make inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote product or service. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solution Maintain a record of calls made and outcomes achieved in the database. Follow up on leads generated through database, Collaborate with the team members to achieve sales target and enhance customer satisfaction handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solution.
