Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Daskroi, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and engaging with customers to identify their needs. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, providing customer service support, conducting sales presentations and training, and overseeing sales management activities to ensure business objectives are met. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including experience in driving revenue and achieving sales targets. Ability to conduct Training sessions and presentations to onboard clients and enhance team performance. A proactive approach to developing and executing marketing strategies to generate leads and boost brand visibility. Good organizational and time management skills for handling multiple responsibilities and deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Past experience or knowledge in the manufacturing or industrial sector will be an added advantage.
