Perform regular database backup and restore operations ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery preparedness.

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code. Architect scalable backend systems using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps. Review code for quality assurance and adherence to coding standards. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications. Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and track deliverables. Provide technical guidance during system design, development, and implementation. Keep up to date with new technologies and suggest improvements to the development process. Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.). Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in Python development. 2+ years in a leadership or senior developer role. Expertise in one or more Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure). Preferred Qualifications : Experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio). Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Vue.js, or Angular). Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes. Contributions to open-source projects or tech communities.
