Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general accounting principles and hands-on experience in GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and managing payables and receivables . Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and Word is essential. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement based in the western suburbs of Mumbai. Our office location is Borivali (E). Key Responsibilities  Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations  Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance with GST regulations  Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings  Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies  Monitor accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely payments and collections  Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports  Support direct tax compliance and coordinate with auditors during tax assessments  Maintain accurate documentation and records in Tally and Excel  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations Required Skills & Qualifications  Graduate / Undergraduate in Commerce & Accounting  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation  Proficient in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), and Microsoft Word  Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and direct tax regulations  Attention to detail and organizational skills  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Salary Range Upto 4 LPA

The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, optimizing, and maintaining mission-critical databases that power voice, SMS, IVR, and analytics platforms. This role demands a strong understanding of telecom data flows, real-time processing, and high-availability systems. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain robust MySQL database architectures for telephony applications Optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies for large-scale datasets Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and replication strategies (e.g., MySQL Group Replication, Galera Cluster) Monitor database performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks and anomalies Collaborate with development teams to design efficient data models and schema Manage database security, access controls, and compliance with telecom data regulations Automate backup, restore, and archival processes using scripting and cloud-native tools Support real-time analytics and reporting pipelines for call logs, IVR flows, and usage metrics Work closely with CTO to integrate database operations into CI/CD workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in MySQL development and administration Proven experience in cloud telephony platforms (e.g., Twilio, Exotel, Plivo, Knowlarity) Strong knowledge of telecom data structures: CDRs, IVR logs, call routing metadata Expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and partitioning strategies Hands-on experience with replication, clustering, and high-availability setups Proficiency in Linux shell scripting, automation tools, and monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Percona Toolkit) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS RDS/Aurora, GCP Cloud SQL, or Azure Database for MySQL) Understanding of data privacy, security, and telecom compliance standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) for caching and real-time data Exposure to Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or open-source PBX systems Knowledge of ETL pipelines and integration with BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Grafana) Contributions to database performance audits or open-source tools.
