Title & Salary Manager, Learning Experience Design (Curriculum & Course Design & Delivery) Salary: Rs. 12 to 15 Lakhs Location & Type Mumbai (Chandivali-Powai) | Full Time | On-Site | Immediate Joining Role Description This is a high-impact academic leadership role that combines curriculum design, industry collaboration, course delivery and student learning ownership. You’ll work with industry experts as visiting faculty to translate industry requirements into practical learning led courses. Core responsibilities : Translating Industry Needs into Curriculum Design Understand job-role skill requirements from industry across domains Translate those into learning outcomes and curriculum structures Regularly update content based on market shifts, tools, and recruiter feedback Faculty Collaboration & Course Design Work with visiting industry practitioners to design structured, high-impact course outlines Build concept lists, examples, references, and case materials to support each session Maintain academic continuity across rotating faculty and modules Learning Design & Student Execution Design both in-class and out-of-class learning formats: simulations, activities, projects etc. Aid in execution of real-world assignments, live projects, and learning labs Develop and deploy AI-based assessment tools for real-time feedback and adaptive learning Maintaining Academic Coherence & Industry Relevance Act as the consistent learning thread across subjects, terms, and functional modules Ensure alignment across different visiting instructors and thematic continuity in pedagogy Chair industry expert panels for inputs on curriculum every quarter Own the learning arc of each student across 2 years — not just course-by-course Who are the right Candidates People who have a love for education but haven't been able to make it a proper career due to low salaries A Post Graduation is preferred But Graduates with 4+ years of work experience and extreme eagerness to get into education are also welcome People who respect theoretical concepts, are able to apply them in real life business situations and hence can build a course with great balance between Conceptual + Practical learning Business mindset to understand industry requirements, job roles, skills etc and to engage with industry practitioners Excited about AI (Because AI will enable a lot of what & how we teach) Good at staying informed about latest happenings in the industry Who are NOT the right Candidates Pure academicians & PhDs who haven't been exposed to real world of business at all Company Description Crucible Institute of Management is India's 1st and only B-School where the fee students pay is based on the salary they get. You will be the bridge between Crucible and the corporate world—building deep relationships with companies, to enable industry led practical learning for students. You’ll own the creation of pipelines for real-world learning and recruitment that directly shape the careers of our students. Core Responsibilities Building Industry Partnerships Identify and build long-term relationships with high-growth companies, start-ups, and established corporates across sectors Position Crucible as a differentiated talent partner for both live projects and recruitment Create a network of recruiters, mentors, and industry collaborators who consistently engage with Crucible students Driving Live Learning Opportunities Secure live projects, apprenticeships, field immersions, and industry workshops that integrate into Crucible’s curriculum Partner with industry leaders to design problem statements and projects with real-world stakes Manage Student onboarding for those industry assignments and timely delivery Placement & Career Outcomes Build and manage the final placement pipeline with full transparency and flexibility for students Match student profiles with recruiter requirements for the right role–fit, not just highest salary Drive pre-placement talks, role explorations, and company engagement to maximize student outcomes Industry Advisory & Curriculum Integration Convene quarterly panels of industry leaders for feedback on curriculum and skill relevance Translate recruiter expectations into actionable input for faculty and curriculum design teams Track industry trends, emerging roles, and skills to future-proof Crucible’s placement strategy Building Industry Communities Create and manage strong industry and recruiter communities grouped by job function (e.g. HR, Marketing, Product, Analytics, Operations) Keep them engaged through free learning sessions, networking forums, and entertainment-led experiences Ensure these communities become a channel to feed Crucible insights, success stories, and updates, keeping us top-of-mind with recruiters for live projects and final placements --- Company Description Crucible Institute of Management is India’s 1st and only B-School where the fee students pay is based on the salary they get.
