Key Responsibilities - Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products or services. - Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads, and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up. - Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with relevant information about our products or services. - Sales Pitch: Deliver a persuasive sales pitch to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products or services. - Data Entry: Accurately update customer interactions and lead information in our CRM system.
