Hands-on experience with hardness testers, sample cutting, and drilling tools . Proficiency in operating Hot Molding and Auto-Polishing machines for metallurgical sample preparation. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and material specifications . Knowledge of safety protocols while handling and operating testing equipment. Basic skills in report preparation and proficiency in MS Office . Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering . 14 years of experience in material testing within the automotive or engine manufacturing industry.
