As a Customer Service Representative at our organization located in Cochin, India, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers over the phone by addressing their inquiries and concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure they receive exceptional service. The work schedule for this role involves working any 6 days of the week from Monday to Sunday on a shift and rota basis. Candidates must be available to start immediately upon selection.
