As an Analyst in Strategy and M&A Consulting, you will be part of the front-end upstream Strategy and M&A Global Consulting service line. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with a global team of consultants and Fortune 100 clients to understand their vision and help them devise inorganic and growth strategies. - Gaining exposure to work with global clients in various industries such as Automotive, TMT, Industrials, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Private Equity, and more. - Synthesizing key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, consolidating information sources, analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, presenting interpretations to the project team, and providing recommendations to global clientele. - Devising corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies, conducting commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screening M&A targets. - Communicating effectively with senior leadership and clients by actively participating in firm-building initiatives. Key Qualifications: - Keen interest in building a career in Strategy and M&A Consulting. - Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with fluency in PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to conduct thorough market research using platforms like S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, Bloomberg, and others. - Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis. - Enterprising and collaborative professional with the ability to work effectively in a team. - Exposure to international client geographies like North America, Western Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Japan will be considered favorably. - Preferably 1-2 years of prior work experience in strategy houses, Big 4, boutique consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development. - Bachelor's degree from premier institutes globally or in India. Other competencies required: - Sound understanding of business strategy, finance, and cross-industry exposure. - Ability to interact confidently and independently handle CEOs, CXOs, and client executives. - Exemplary communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. - Strategic mindset, hustler, fast learner, and go-getter attitude.,
