Title: Bench Sales Recruiter IT Staffing (Remote, India) About The Opportunity We are seeking a results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to own the conversion of bench consultants into billable placements. You will work in a remote, target-driven sales environment selling technical talent to US-based clients, building steady pipelines and closing against rate/time expectations. Role & Responsibilities Proactively market and position bench consultants to existing clients and new accounts to convert bench to billable assignments. Build and maintain a high-quality bench pipeline: identify, qualify, and prioritize bench candidates for immediate deployment. Drive client outreach and relationship managementcold outreach, follow-ups, and targeted campaigns to secure interviews and submissions. Negotiate rates, terms, and start dates with clients and hiring managers to maximize placement velocity and margin. Maintain accurate activity and candidate/client data in CRM/ATS; produce weekly pipeline and conversion reports for leadership. Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding, offer acceptance, and post-placement follow-up. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have 1+ years of bench sales or IT staffing sales experience focused on the US market (remote India). Proven track record converting bench consultants to billable roles and meeting monthly/quarterly targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills for W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements. CRM/ATS experience (Bullhorn, Salesforce, or equivalent) with disciplined pipeline management. Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and cross-channel outreach. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with US shifts and client-facing calls. Preferred Experience in staffing for Technologies such as Java/.NET, Cloud, Data, and DevOps roles. History of building repeat client relationships and long-term account management. Familiarity with vendor onboarding, compliance, and onboarding documentation processes.
