CRO (field officer)

You will be responsible for conducting area prefeasibility and survey activities as part of your role. This includes mobilization and organizing group meetings to supervise groups and borrowers while monitoring their daily activities. You will be required to verify, review, and propose/endorse loans for approval, restructuring, paralegal, and legal action. Additionally, preparing documents and files of approved loans and ensuring their safekeeping will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You must strive to achieve microfinance program deposit and loan targets set by the Branch Manager and/or senior management of the organization. Depositing all cash collected daily/monthly to the branch for safekeeping and documentation is also a key task. Conducting client re-briefing during loan release and ensuring 100% on-time collection of loan amortizations are essential components of this role. Regular submission of monthly accomplishment reports detailing actual performance versus targets to the Branch Manager is required. Attending all training activities organized by the organization is mandatory. You may also be assigned other tasks by the Branch Manager or higher authorities as needed. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Preferred) and at least 2 years of total work experience with a minimum of 3 years in microfinance. A valid Driving License is required for this role, and the work location is in person.,
