CRM Tester - II

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Dbiz, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products through functional, regression/smoke testing, and system testing using both manual and automated testing tools. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end testing of new products and enhancements across customer acquisition and in-life products. - Collaborating closely with product and development teams to identify test requirements and scenarios. - Understanding, analyzing, and validating business processes, systems, and requirements to develop comprehensive test plans. - Creating and executing manual and automated tests, documenting bugs or errors with relevant details. - Independently evaluating work according to business requirements. - Working collaboratively within the delivery team and wider business to implement new features and enhancements. - Testing integration between internal systems/software and third-party systems and applications. - Reporting bugs and errors to development teams and conducting post-release/post-implementation testing. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in functional, regression/smoke, and system testing. - Knowledge of test methodologies and QA processes. - Experience leading end-to-end testing including systems, integration, regression, UAT, and UI testing. - Experience in data quality analysis and remediation. - Experience with Agile development methodology. - Strong debugging skills and problem-solving abilities. - Working knowledge of Azure platforms (desirable but not essential).
