Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our Inside Sales team. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing our sales CRM system to drive efficiency, automation, and data accuracy. Your contribution will directly support our sales efforts and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end CRM operations including data hygiene, workflow automation, and user support Collaborate with the sales team to improve CRM adoption and effectiveness Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline sales processes Ensure CRM is aligned with sales goals and regularly updated with the latest information Provide training and support to CRM users Key Skills & Qualifications: 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM management , preferably in a sales environment Strong understanding of CRM platforms and sales automation tools Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data Excellent communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹384,886.83 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Do you have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with a CRM?
