Skills & Qualifications: • 1-5 years of experience working with CRM tools like CleverTap and MoEngage. • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. • Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying gaps and improvement areas. • Experience in financial products or fintech is a plus.
