CRM Solution Design Lead

You will be responsible for designing and implementing CRM and digital solutions aligned with the DTX operating model. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing CRM and digital solutions following DTX standards and best practices. - Managing the full solution lifecycle from ideation to implementation to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (solution design, architects, service owners, product managers) to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions. - Driving innovation by staying updated on CRM, digital, and cloud technologies. - Identifying dependencies, risks, and issues in solution design and recommending mitigations. - Fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - Minimum 3 years of solution design and implementation experience, ideally within digital transformation programs. - Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM (multi-cloud): Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Data Cloud, Field Service, myTrailhead. - Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and related Adobe solutions (Analytics, Target, Edge Services). - Strong knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, AMPscript). - Hands-on experience with API development (SOAP/REST), Mulesoft integrations, and headless website architectures. - Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module is an advantage. - Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management tools (Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps). - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Preferred certifications include: - Salesforce (Admin, Developer, Architect, Consultant, Marketing). - Adobe certifications. - Project Management certifications (Scrum, Prince2, PMI).,
