Job description:
Handling the entire documentation process right from drafting to making required modifications and handing it over to the concerned teams.
Maintaining and following Standard Operating Procedures, including getting necessary approvals.
Preparing, revising and finalizing various legal documents - including Memorandum of Understanding, Joint Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements and any other property-related deeds.
Determine the viability of the sale of property at a determined cost, including calculating the stamp duty, applicable tax, etc, and ensuring reconciliation.
Accurately review, proofread and assist with any materials, including documents, contracts, applications, forms and other items ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Manage the execution of the agreement. Ensure payment of applicable stamp duty and timely registrations of all Leases in a portfolio. Maintain a track and prepare a report on a monthly basis
