CRM date Senior Associate

As a CRM Data Senior Associate at Grant Thornton INDUS, you will play a crucial role in building scalable and high-quality CRM data foundations that drive the success of our sales and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the operational aspects of our CRM system, including loading, transforming, cleansing, and monitoring data to ensure its accuracy, compliance, and usability. Working closely with the CRM Platform & Technical lead, you will gain insights into how data supports our go-to-market strategy and the underlying technology. You will also contribute significantly to key projects such as data mapping and large-scale data loads during acquisitions, focusing on maintaining clean and well-structured data for seamless integration. Your daily tasks will revolve around data governance and quality monitoring, where you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governance standards. This includes conducting audits, tracking data quality KPIs, and enforcing business rules and privacy requirements. Additionally, you will lead data load, transformation, and cleanup efforts, performing tasks such as large-scale data imports, data mapping, and applying transformation logic to standardize data for integrated platforms. Your role will also involve monitoring data integration from various systems into CRM, troubleshooting data issues, and collaborating with IT teams to maintain seamless data flow. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience working with CRM platforms. Strong skills in data analysis, data cleansing, transformation, and structured querying are essential, along with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and Power Query. Experience in Python, ETL tools, APIs, and automation workflows will be beneficial. Your ability to design scalable data solutions, work in Agile environments, and communicate effectively with technical and business teams will be critical.
